2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 314 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the IPC.

3. The informant is father of the deceased. He has made allegation that he got an information on 20.08.2023 from co-villager that the accused persons had committed murder of the deceased. He went to the matrimonial house of his daughter where he saw her dead body. He came to know that all the accused persons including the petitioners killed his daughter by strangulating her throat. It has also been mentioned in the FIR that 2-3 months prior to the occurrence, the accused persons were demanding dowry of Rs. 5 lacs.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

No.45126 of 2024(2) dt.02-07-2024 2/2 that petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law of the deceased and petitioner no. 2 is sister-in-law (Gotni) of the deceased, having no concern with day-to-day affairs of the couple. The marriage was solemnized in the year 2013 and the occurrence has taken place after ten years of the marriage, as such, the demand of dowry is a prima facie false allegation. He has submitted further that the deceased has committed suicide and when the informant came to know the real fact, he compromised the case. The informant has stated that he came to know that his daughter herself had committed suicide.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalsinghsarai (Samastipur) in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 314 of 2023, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
