1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that despite of best efforts, petitioner failed to obtain the account number of opposite party no. 2. Therefore, petitioner may be permitted to deposit the ad interim maintenance amount, in terms of order dated 27.02.2024 as passed through Cr. Misc. No. 70262 of 2023 in the Nazarat of the court.

3. Considering the aforesaid reasons and also the reasons stated through present petition, the condition nos. 1 and 2 of aforesaid criminal miscellaneous petition, now stands modified.
4. It is made clear that if petitioner fails to deposit ad-interim maintenance for two consecutive month in Court Nazarat, the bail bond of petitioner shall be cancelled by the learned trial court itself, if pressed by opposite party no. 2/wife.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts, now petitioner is permitted to surrender before the learned trial court within a period of two weeks from now i.e. by 26.07.2024 on furnishing bail bond, in terms of order dated 27.02.2024 as passed through Cr. Misc. No. 70262 of 2023
6. This order shall be treated as a part of order dated 27.02.2024 as passed through Cr. Misc. No. 70262 of 2023
7. Accordingly, Present modification petition
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50763 of 2024( 2) dt.12-07-2024 3/3 stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
