2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 284 of 2026 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of withdrawing Rs. 2,90,000/- from the account of her husband to get the co-accused Sagar Kumar with whom she had extramarital affair and further the co-accused is said to have shot at the husband of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel has emphasized that the petitioner is a woman who has been implicated merely on suspicion and she

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that the allegation of firing is against the co-accused Sagar Kumar and the fact that the petitioner is a woman, this application is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara/ concerned Court in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 284 of 2026.

8. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not express any opinion on the merits of the case.
