The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 86 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the occurrence has taken place on account of land dispute and also considering the nature of injury sustained by the injured, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.
