27-10-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Earlier, the bail petitioner of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 19.05.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 6859 of 2020 (Annexure-1).

On last occasion, vide order dated 15.09.2021, a report was called for from the court below regarding stage of the trial, which has been received and kept at flag 'X'. From perusal of report dated 05.10.2021, it appears that supplementary investigation is in process and the case is on evidence stage. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no adequate progress in the trial and petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2019.

Considering the period of custody and stage of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52331 of 2021(3) dt.27-10-2021 2/2 trial, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Danapur (Patna) in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 112 of 2019.
