JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khiri More P.S. Case No. 21 of 2013, registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is of assault by the petitioner and other accused persons to the deceased and causing his death.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that co-accused Kalawati Devi against whom the allegation of assault by chilohi and other persons have already been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.07.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10129 of 2014 and the petitioner is in judicial custody since 21.06.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.67124 of 2018(2) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Khiri More P.S. Case No. 21 of 2013, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
