2. The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to reveal the marks obtained by the petitioner in the interview held and to appoint the petitioner as Clerk pursuant to an advertisement dated 06.02.2011 published in the Hindi Daily "Dainik Jagran" for appointment/preparation of panel from

Patna High Court CWJC No.10788 of 2023(2) dt.12-01-2024 2/2 suitable candidates for the post of Clerk and Stenographers in the subordinate Courts of Bihar.

2. The petitioner, however, has not disclosed as to when was the selection concluded pursuant to the aforesaid advertisement dated 06.02.2011.

3. In view of the above, I am of the view that no relief sought for by the petitioner can be granted in the manner in which the instant writ petition has been filed.

4. This writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again by disclosing the entire set of facts.

5. In the event such a writ petition is filed by the petitioner, the respondents shall be at liberty to raise all objections that may be permissible under the law. (Nani Tagia, J) Prakash/- U
