This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 302 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to first information report, the named accused person assaulted with khanti etc. to the brother of the informant, as a result of which he died. The informant is an eye witness. The petitioner has not been named in the first information report.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jehanabad (Karona O.P.) P.S. Case No. 22 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
