On being apprehended by the police under diverse penal provisions of the Arms Act, the petitioners are lodged in custody since 26.03.2017 in connection with Yadopur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2017.

On search, a country made pistol with two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of petitioner no. 1 whereas few live cartridges were recovered from possession of petitioner no. 2. Petitioners have claimed false implication. It is also stated that they do not carry any criminal antecedent. Let the petitioners abovenamed be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50922 of 2017(2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 learned A.C.J.M., 14th, Gopalganj, in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2017 (Tr. No. 2308/17) subject to the following conditions:- (i) one of the bailers shall be the own/close family members of the petitioner.

(ii) As soon as charges are framed, the petitioners shall appear in person on each and every date fixed in the Court below. In case of default on two consecutive occasions without any cogent/satisfactory reason, the bail bond of the petitioners shall be cancelled and thereafter the Trial Court will be at liberty to secure their arrest in accordance with law.
