2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 325, 427, 307, 379, 380 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and there is case and counter case between the parties in connection with land dispute. It is submitted that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36195 of 2016 (2) dt.06-09-2016 injuries are all simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sidarth Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
