No. 47757 of 2015 to the extent that in the last portion of the order and in the cause title of the order it should be read as "JM, 1st Class, Buxar" instead of "JM, 1st Class, Patna". The said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the prayer portion of the petition, hence, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the main petition.
