2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307, 324 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, while the informant was going to his Sasural, this petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted him by means of knife.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. No such occurrence, as alleged in the FIR, has ever taken place. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that the

6. Considering the nature of injury and gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre arrest bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
