ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rauta P.S. Case No.42 of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the present case has been compromised between the parties and as on date, there is no dispute between them. Learned counsel for the informant also submits that the said position is there till date.

No.24602 of 2015 (4) dt.30-11-2015 2/2 Considering the submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia, in connection with Rauta P.S.
