The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Laxamipur P.S. Case No. 174 of 2021, instituted for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 307, 325, 354(B), 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is family partition dispute between the family members who are living together and petitioner threw the informant from the roof and due to which spinal bone was fractured.

Taking into consideration the injuries on the body of the informant which includes fracture of left Vertebra, which is grievous in nature, I am not inclined to grant benefit of
