Mr. Pranoy Kumar, learned counsel representing the State, by referring to the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondents no. 1 to 5, submits that all the admissible retiral benefits and other dues have been paid to the petitioner and in this respect, categorical averments have been made in paragraphs-7 to 9 thereof.

4. Considering the submissions advanced and the averments made in the counter affidavit, the copy of which has been served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner way back on 08.05.2021 and there is no response till date, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
