Petitioners are in custody in connection with Special Case No. 4529 of 2019 arising out of Danapur Rail P.S. Case No. 57 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

It is alleged that total 36.750 liters of foreign liquor was seized from the possession of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 10.5.2019.

No.41372 of 2019(2) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 4529 of 2019, arising out of Danapur Rail P.S. Case No. 57 of 2019.
