The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 413, 414 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was caught with a stolen motorcycle.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No stolen motorcycle has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 1.6.2021 and has no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52888 of 2021(2) dt.09-03-2022 2/2 taking into consideration the petitioner having remained in custody for 9 months and not having any criminal antecedent, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Narpatganj (Basmatiya) P.S. Case no.240 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.
