In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 173 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Act, 2016.
As per prosecution story, the police has recovered 8 liters illegal wine from the courtyard of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
