Petitioner seeks bail in POCSO Case No. 19 of 2017 arising out of Muffasil (Nawada) P.S. Case No. 69 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 354(A)(D) and 506 of of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that constant and repeated teasing was done by petitioner to the victim girl and she was pressurized to develop intimate relation and in tension she tried to commit suicide. After investigation police submitted Final Form under Section 354, 354(A) and (D), and out of that 354(A) and (B) are bailable. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since, 13.06.2017.
