Petitioner has earlier moved this Court twice for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. Nos 35438 of 2019 and 37682 of 2020 which were rejected vide orders dated 11.09.2019 and 10.02.2021 (Annexure-1 series).

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of bail on the ground of remaining in custody for more than three years i.e. since 17.12.2018. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

No.54680 of 2021(4) dt.05-01-2022 2/2 the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge IV, Chapra, Saran in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 598 of 2018 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 321 of 2019 .
