The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Town P.S.Case No.374 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30/36/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 03 ltrs. of liquor from the possession of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner as well as he has no criminal antecedent. He has remained in custody for about 03 months.
