JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Runisaidpur P.S.Case No. 62/2015, disclosing offences under sections 498A, 323, 379, 364 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It transpires from the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties that the trial arising out of concerned Runisaidpur P.S.Case No. 62/2015 has commenced and two witnesses have already been examined.

Considering the fact that the trial has commenced, I am

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49355 of 2015 (3) dt.18-05-2016 not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.

However, if there is no substantial progress in the trial, the petitioners shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for regular bail after six months.
