The petitioner, whose application for bail was earlier rejected on 17.09.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 39656 of 2016, has renewed his application for grant of bail in Sessions Trial No.591 of 2014 arising out of Bariyarpur P.S. Case No.55 of 2010 in which charges have been framed under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the reason assigned in the aforesaid order dated 17.09.2016, I am not inclined to take a different view of the matter. The application is dismissed. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
