In the instant application, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs :-
Patna High Court CWJC No.1337 of 2021(2) dt.17-01-2022 2/3 (I) For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari whereby and whereunder setting aside the office order dated 15.09.2019 as contains in the order being P8-5/2019-03, issued and signed under the signature of the Commandant-03 Battalion, CRPF, Ajmer, Rajasthan;
(II) To command and direct the state respondents to reinstate the petitioner on the post of CT/GD being Constable Force No. 031474601 with all his unpaid back salary with due interest thereon; (III) To command and direct the state respondents to dispose off the appeal dated 11.11.2020 filed by the petitioner before the Deputy Inspector General, CRPF, Range Head Quarters, Ajmer, Rajasthan which is still pending for consideration. Short question for consideration is whether the Appellate Authority has decided the petitioner's appeal dated 11.11.2020 or not.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no order has been passed on the petitioner's appeal dated 11.11.2020. Therefore, the Appellate Authority is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's appeal dated 11.11.2020
Patna High Court CWJC No.1337 of 2021(2) dt.17-01-2022 3/3 (Annexure-2) within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.
With the aforesaid observation, the present petition stands disposed of.
