2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent no.1.
3. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking direction to the learned District Judge-cum-Motor Accident Claim Tribunal-III, Vaishali at Hajipur to dispose of Claim Case No. 25/2003 as expeditiously as possible.
4. It is unfortunate that a claim case of the year 2003 is still pending and the petitioner has to approach this Court for
Patna High Court C.Misc. No.836 of 2025 dt.06-08-2025 2/2 early disposal of such case.
5. Therefore, without further going into the details of the case and without issuing notice to respondent nos. 2 & 3, the learned District Judge-Cum-Motor Accident Claim Tribunal-III, Vaishali at Hajipur is directed to dispose of Claim Case No. 25 of 2003 without further delay on its merits and in accordance with law preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, since it has come to my notice that the claim case, which has been filed under Section 140 of the Motor Vehicles Act, was converted into a petition under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act vide order dated 29.01.2025 and, thereafter, the matter was put up for settlement of issues.
6. However, it is made clear that non-compliance would be viewed very seriously by this Court,
