JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 18-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that three coaccused have already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 31.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13737/2016 by a coordinate Bench of this Court, a copy of which has been produced at the time of hearing. It is further contended that the petitioners are ladies.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Rijwana Khatoon and Nasra
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50355 of 2015 (4) dt.18-04-2016 2/2 Khatoon be released on bail in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No.87/2014, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani subject to the conditions as laid down under subsection(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
