The amount of G.P.F. has also been paid to the petitioner. That being so, now no further action is required to be taken in the matter. In case the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the quantification of the amount and the manner in which his claim has been settled, the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the same afresh in accordance with law.
