JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-09-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

On commission of dacoity on 9.1.2015 in the house of the informant, the FIR was lodged against 10-12 unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up on the confessional statement of Dharmendra Nut who has been chargesheeted.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that except the confessional statement of Dharmendra Nut, no material has been collected against the petitioner. There is no recovery from the petitioner. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Pachrukhi P.S.
