ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2017 in connection with Manigacchi P.S. Case No.121 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 8/20(b)(ii)(A)/25 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 80 gram of Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the Paan Gumti. It is further submitted that the same being small quantity, for which maximum punishment of six months' imprisonment has been prescribed, of which he has already undergone four months, the petitioner may be extended the privilege of bail.

Considering the aforementioned submissions and the
