2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barsoi Excise Circle P.S. Case No. 222/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. There is recovery of 1110 litres of illicit countrymade liquor from the petitioner who is in custody since 21.05.2024. The petitioner claims to have clean antecedent.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to donate Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) in some charitable organization without accepting his guilt.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the

No.45891 of 2024(2) dt.03-07-2024 2/2 petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise Court No. 1, Katihar/ concerned court in connection with Barsoi Excise Circle P.S. Case No. 222/2024.
6. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) in Ramakrishna Math, Purnea and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
