2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for violating the order and direction dated 24.09.2024 passed in CWJC No. 16132 of 2018."

Patna High Court MJC No.2049 of 2025(3) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 Court in CWJC No. 16132 of 2018, disposed of on 24.09.2024 wanted the Nagar Parishad, Nawada to consider the case of the petitioners once the arrears are cleared.

4. As per the show-cause filed on behalf of the Nagar Parishad, Nawada, the petitioners themselves cleared the arrears in the month of March, 2025 and they have incorporated in Paragraphs 12 and 13 of the supplementary affidavit that the delay occurred due to the laches on behalf of the petitioners and they are moving for fresh agreement which shall be done at an earliest.

5. This Court is satisfied that the Nagar Parishad, Nawada is moving in the positive direction and the entire process shall be completed by 31st of March, 2026.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the MJC No. 2049 of 2025 stands disposed of.
