JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 24-11-2015 Re. Interlocutory Application No. 7095 of 2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
It appears that the Interlocutory Application has been filed pursuant to the liberty given to the petitioner in order dated
Patna High Court CWJC No.18159 of 2014 (6) dt.24-11-2015 2/2 03.08.2015 for bringing to the notice of the Court any violation of the undertaking given before the Court to make payment of leave encashment on the basis of 6th Pay Revision. Interlocutory Application has been filed on 26th August, 2015 and as per learned counsel for the Patna University, the payments have been made on 12th September, 2015. Though there has been delay in complying with the undertaking given on behalf of the Patna University but in view of the payment having been made within a reasonable period, the Court does not propose to proceed against the officers concerned in the matter.
Accordingly, Interlocutory Application No. 7095 of 2015 stands disposed off.
