The petitioner seeks bail in Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
In the written report it is alleged that two headless dead bodies were found thrown in the agricultural field. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. She is lady. The name of petitioner has come during investigation on the pretext that one of the deceased was identified as Sujeet Kumar who had fallen in love with the petitioner, due to which, the father of the petitioner namely, Kapil Yadav scolded and finally killed him. In this manner, there is no allegation of any specific

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ivth, Patna, in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
