The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 271 of 2020 registered under Section 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 40083 of 2020 on 01.11.2021.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad
