JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Kochadhaman P.S. Case No.153 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 363, 366 (A), 372 and 120 (B)/34 of I.P.C. Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is that they dragged Najali Praveen, daughter of the informant in flesh trade.

Only submission of the petitioner is that victim has named one Md.Kalam in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. but stated nothing against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State submits that material in the case diary would substantiate the allegation against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52439 of 2016 (3) dt.17-01-2017 2/2 petitioner.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
