The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No.61 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 and 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the specific allegation made in the first information report that the petitioner and co-accused Jitendra Sah brutally assaulted Parmanand Sah and Geeta Devi with iron rod and lathi on head and in course of treatment, Parmanand Sah died, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The application is rejected.
