JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, to which Sections 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, was added, later on.

The allegation is that the accused persons cheated the informant's wife to the tune of Rs. 3,00,000/- (Three lac). Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail with the condition that they would deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- before the learned court below.

No.43835 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 2 / 2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case no. 88 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. with the condition that they would deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Fifteen thousand) each before the court below, which would be subject to disposal of the case.
