The petitioner having lost his battle up to the Supreme Court now seeks to reopen the matter on grounds that some persons who are similarly situated have been accommodated.
There are separate set of counter affidavits filed in the present case and each of them have given an explanation as to the continuance of these persons as well as the steps taken by the State.
Be that as it may, the undisputed position is that the
Patna High Court CWJC No.2340 of 2014 (7) dt.31-08-2016 case of the petitioner stands concluded in the order of the Supreme Court and it cannot be re-opened by way of second writ petition and which is accordingly dismissed.
