The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. For trivial dispute, the petitioners who are co-sharers of the informant, allegedly, committed assault against the informant and others.
Considering the background and nature of allegation, let, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52159 of 2016 (2) dt.20-12-2016 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biroul, Darbhanga/Successor Court in connection with Biroul Police Station Case No.271 of 2016/ G.R.
