The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 343 of 2020, G.R. No.2273 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution story in short is that on 10.07.2020 at about 5.30 a.m., the informant went to his relative Badalpura village with Scorpio vehicle when he reached Pangachhi at about 6.30 a.m. all of sudden three culprits with a motorcycle came there and surrounded him on the point of the pistol they were snatched his Scorpio vehicle bearing Registration No.BR01PF-2810 and two Samsung mobile and they were fled away inside of Nayagaon village. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the petitioner was arrested with a theft vehicle and claimed nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession and petitioner is in jail custody since 11.07.2020 and petitioner has got no any criminal antecedent mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S.
