The matter has been heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The petitioner is a co-accused in Daniyawan P.S. Case No. 114 of 2020. The case was registered against the petitioner and others for the offence under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 332, 333, 353, 307, 427 and 504 of the I.P.C. and it is pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna. Petitioner and others preferred anticipatory bail petition No. 4419 of 2020 and 4426 of 2020 on the file of the Additional Sessions Judge VI, Patna City, Patna and it was rejected on 02.09.2020. Hence, the present petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40103 of 2020(2) dt.22-10-2021 2/2 submitted that in so far as co-accused Parvait Devi is concerned, this Court granted anticiaptory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 39792 of 2020 on 20.09.2021.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition stands disposed of in terms of the Parvati Devi, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
