JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-11-2015 Additional Show cause with affidavit on behalf of the respondent Nos.6 and 7 have now been filed. The affidavit indicates that the exercise was done to carry out the direction issued by the Hon`ble Division Bench and the outcome of the deliberation so done. The decision of the Panchayat Committee has been brought on record. The list of candidates selected as well as those ousted has been indicated in the resolution annexed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7400 of 2014 dt.30-11-2015 The Court, therefore, directs the Mukhiya as well as the Secretary (the present incumbent) of the Gram Panchayat to ensure that appointment letters are issued to the concerned selected candidates and the Headmasters of the concerned Panchayat schools will ensure their joining without any let or hindrance. So far as those candidates who are now affected due to the exercise are concerned, they have freedom to invoke the law or approach the appropriate authority or forums they like. Writ application stands disposed of in terms of the above direction.
