The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C.No.11760 of 2007, which stood dismissed so far as Respondent nos. 3 and 5 are concerned in view of noncompliance of peremptory order dated 26.06.2013. By the said order, while directing for issuance of notice to Respondent nos.3 and 5, a peremptory order was passed for filing requisites etc., which has not been complied with.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, the said order could not be complied with. He makes a prayer that if the present petition is allowed, he will file requisites in compliance with the order dated 26.06.2013 within a period of four weeks from today.

Let C.W.J.C.No.11760 of 2007 be restored to its original file provided requisites in respect of notice to Respondent nos.3 and 5 in compliance with the order dated 26.06.2013 is filed within a period of four weeks from today.
