None appears on behalf of the B.S.R.T.C.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present writ application, all the admissible grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and on the instruction of the client, he is not pressing the present writ application.
On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has no objection.
In view of the prayer made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present application stands dismissed as not pressed.
