Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 35 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 328, 379, 395, 412/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of the confessional statement of the coaccused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

No.4475 of 2021(5) dt.09-12-2021 2/2 the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mohania, Kaimur in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.m 35 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
