The petitioner seeks bail in Sadar P.S. Case No.2 of 2017 registered under Section 366A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim and confined her in a room.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 04.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.14897 of 2017. Petitioner is in jail since 03.01.2017. Petitioner has already remained in jail for about 14 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2049 of 2018 (2) dt.21-02-2018 named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.2 of 2017(S.Tr. No.472 of 2017).
