2. The present application has been filed for revival of MJC No. 928 of 2021, which was disposed off and consigned on

Patna High Court MJC No.1772 of 2023(6) dt.06-02-2026 2/2 13.04.2023 with a direction that if the claim of the petitioner has been accepted, necessary consequential action shall be taken, without delay, preferably within a period of 60 days positively, failing which the petitioner shall have the liberty to file a twopages affidavit for reviving this contempt petition.

3. It is submitted that despite the order having been passed on 13.04.2023 directing the authorities concerned to take necessary action, till date the order passed by this Court in MJC No. 928 of 2021 has not been complied.

4. For the grounds mentioned in the application, MJC No. 1772 of 2023 stands allowed and MJC No. 928 of 2021 is revived.

5. Office is directed to list MJC No. 928 of 2021 after four weeks.
