====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SOURENDRA PANDEY ORAL ORDER 04-07-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of order dated 19.05.2025, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31746 of 2025.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that regular bail application was filed on 02.05.2025 and the bail application was heard and allowed on 19.05.2025 by this Court. It has also been submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 21.02.2025 and hence he was not aware that vide order dated 05.05.2025 he was taken into remand in one Karpurigram P.S. Case No. 21 of 2025 about which he had no knowledge. It has further been submitted that if the order 19.05.2025 is not modified, the petitioner will not be released on bail, as earlier in the bail application, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner has been shown

4. In view of the aforesaid, let order dated 19.05.2025 be modified to the extent that in Paragraph No. 4, in the last line, in the submissions that the petitioner has clean antecedent be read as petitioner has one criminal antecedent.

5. In view of the aforesaid, order dated 19.05.2025 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
