After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdraw the application with a liberty that he will move to Civil Court for declaration of right, title and interest with respect to land, pertaining to Chak Khata No. 76 & 77, Thana No. 400, Mouza- Dangari, total area 48 Acres and 68 Decimals.

3. If such a title suit is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by the concerned Court within a

Patna High Court CWJC No.1591 of 2021(12) dt.17-09-2024 2/2 reasonable time of its filing after hearing all the concerned.

4. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
