The court below rejected the application filed by the petitioners for exhibiting Khatian in Title Suit No.110 of 1996. The learned Subordinate Judge-IV, Begusarai found that the suit is being heard and at this stage the application has been filed by the petitioners for exhibiting Khatian and further found that this Khatian is not related with the subject matter of the suit. In view of the above observation of the court below that the Khatian, which is sought to be exhibited in the suit, is not related to the suit property, this Court in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction cannot interfere with the impugned order. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
